Each bunk room opens into its own container through a keyed solid-core door — 300 square feet of raw steel vault per side, partitioned into personal gear bays with rifle racks. Every hunter gets a locker. Everything locks when camp is empty.
Steel sweats, so we handle it: every vault ships with a closed-cell foam flash coat for the walls and a dedicated dehumidifier plumbed to drain. Dry steel, dry powder, no rust — including the months nobody's there.
Prefer plain bedrooms? The Family configuration deletes the vault openings and keeps the containers as lockable storage through their end doors. Same building, your call at order time.

Every kit includes the all-electric appliance package and a second full bath. Kits ship nationwide from Birmingham, Alabama; a flat freight add-on applies on longer hauls and is quoted before you commit a dollar past the refundable deposit — and because your trusses and framing timber come from your local lumberyard, the heaviest material never rides the truck. Flat-fee professional installation available in Alabama: $20,000 to weather-tight. Kit excludes land, concrete, well, septic, and power service — plain-English allowances for all of it in our buyer's guide, because those numbers are real and you should see them first.

If something in the design can be better, we'll change it and tell you why. If a cost moves, you'll see it before you owe it. Your deposit is refundable any time, for any reason — we'd rather earn the order twice than trap it once. That's the whole arrangement.
